The island of Capri is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful places in the world. Initially it was part of the Sorrento Peninsula, then it was partly submerged by the sea and separated from the mainland, thus creating the place where today is the Strait of Bocca Piccola.
The sea from which the island emerges is deep; its coast, with walls of limestone in many places overhanging the sea, is dotted by wonderful caves, among which the most famous is the Grotta Azzurra. Worldwide renown are the famous Faraglioni, small rocky islets in the sea not far from the shore, creating a spectacular visual effect and landscape.
Every year the waters of Capri are visited by the biggest yachts in the world and its famous "Piazzetta", with typical coffee bars, is the place to be for anyone who arrives on the island. To reach Capri you must arrive at the port of Sorrento, from here you can get on the island with seaplanes which depart on average every 30 min. Alternatively, at the hotel, we organize private excursions by boat with sailor.
